  • Training Standards (Part147)

  • Continuation Training

  • Non-Destructive Testing Standards
    • (There wasn’t going to be a standard)
  • Limit on number of pupils per instructor or classroom
  • 21 years old minimum age for issuing a CRS
    • (The wish was for the age to be 18)
  • The Licence itself
    • (The original JAA proposal was for company issued licenses only)
  • Increase in the Minimum Training Hours for the Basic
    • Licence (The wish was for far less)
  • Licence Examinations to be Performed by the NAA or Part 147 Training Establishment Only
    • (The plan was for the 145 organisation to examine candidates)
